Empowering Youth, Driving Change
Project 2027 will be led by youth, supported by my oversight manager and other appropriate adults. For too long, decisions about our education and future have been made without us. It’s time for things to change. Young people have the ideas, energy, and perspective to make real improvements, but we need adults to support, guide, and empower us to turn those ideas into action. Together, we can challenge outdated systems, raise standards, and build opportunities that actually work for students. This isn’t about waiting for permission—it’s about stepping up, leading with purpose, and making sure every young voice counts.
Leading change together
I can lead the change Dorset’s education system needs, but I can’t do it alone. We need schools, students, and councils working together to modernize education, raise standards, and make sure every young voice is heard. With your support, we can turn ideas into action and build a system that works for all of us.
Professional Support and Consultation
Project 2027 is built on experience, insight, and expert guidance. I have already consulted with a range of professionals to ensure this movement is informed, practical, and effective. This includes Students, Advocates, Social Workers, Foster Careers, Psychotherapists, Operational Directors, Support Workers, Managers at Semi-independence Placements, and Area Managers. As Project 2027 develops, I plan on working with even more professionals to strengthen our strategy, expand our impact, and ensure that the project continues to be student-led, accountable, and capable of delivering real change. I have also recently appointed a Oversight Manager who will be the appropriate adult for my campaign.

Students, teachers, and the community working side by side can create a future where everyone is heard, supported, and empowered.
